Thousands gathered outdoors on San Fernando Boulevard to sample exotic international specialties and favorite All-American dishes from more than 35 Downtown Burbank restaurants. They mingled with friends at the beer & wine garden. And they listened and danced to the contemporary jazz of Lao Tizer and the jump ‘n jive of Stompy Jones on the AMC Walkway stage. It was an amazing night that raised over $45,000 for the Burbank Community YMCA’s financial scholarship program. If you were there, you know what a great time it was. If you weren’t, don’t miss the excitement next September when Taste of Downtown Burbank returns for another helping.
